Privacy Policy

VEQO is an animal identity and traceability platform. This draft explains the categories of information the product is designed to process while the production privacy notice is finalized with counsel.

Information the platform handles

Depending on the enabled workflow, an organization may provide account and organization details, locations, device identifiers, animal records, biometric evidence, journey signals, delivery records, and audit events. Evidence objects are stored privately and are accessed through authorized, time-limited URLs.

How information is used

VEQO uses this information to authenticate users and devices, create and review animal enrollments, connect custody events, operate offline replay, produce reports, send operational notifications, and protect the integrity of the audit trail.

Tenant and access boundaries

Organization, location, role, assignment, device, and resource policies are evaluated before protected data is returned. Organization URLs are navigation only and are not authorization.

Retention and requests

Retention periods, deletion workflows, data residency, and data-subject request handling must be agreed with each deployment before production launch. Contact the VEQO team to discuss a pilot or request the current production notice.
