Terms and conditions

VEQO provides software for animal identity, custody, evidence, and operational review. The exact services, support commitments, data-processing terms, and commercial terms are agreed in the order form or pilot agreement for each organization.

Pilot scope

The first release is intended for controlled validation. Capabilities may be enabled by organization, location, device, workflow, and integration. A pilot does not by itself represent a certification, veterinary determination, legal chain of custody, or guarantee of biometric accuracy.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful collection of animal, operator, location, and evidence data; device security; role assignment; review decisions; and the operational procedures that sit around the product.

Service boundaries

VEQO records decisions and evidence supplied by authorized users and devices. It does not replace professional, regulatory, veterinary, transport, or legal judgment. Integrations and automated quality results remain subject to their documented contracts and review gates.

The final production terms, service levels, privacy terms, and processing instructions must be approved before a production deployment.
